I know things can be difficult, and it can feel really heavy at times. The search for relief is not easy, but it is possible.

I provide a safe and warm space to unpack and process everything troubling you, so together, we can get you to functioning without all that heaviness. I work with children, teens, and adults on a range of challenges, from adjusting to a new life transition to years struggling with anxiety or depression to interpersonal difficulties.

I use different therapy approaches, from psychodynamic approach to cognitive and behavioral approaches. With insights and practical skills, you’ll be able to breakthrough whatever you feel is holding you back.
